It's possible. Go to the immigration headquaters in Gwagwalada. U can even get it within a week,but u be prepared to part with some cool amt of money. Try to go through a staff instead of thru the normal process. Once u get to the office,ask questions from any staff u see,but make sure u approach the more senior officers as they r more unlikely to dupe u.
