INEC has declared Bello EL-Rufai , the son of Kaduna State Governor Nasir EL -Rufai as the winner of Kaduna North Federal House of Representatives member-Elect .
Bello EL-Rufai polled 51,052 Votes while his PDP rival Samail Suleiman got 38,802 votes.
