Asari Toru: Okorinama West Accused Dax George-Kelly Of Hijacking Electoral Materials In Asari Tolu LGA.

- says the commissioner is involving in votes buying.

The APC House of Assembly candidate for Asari Toru constituency 2, Amb. Okorinama West aka Shaggy has allegedly accused the commissioner of works in Rivers State of hijacking electoral materials in Asari Toru local government area and kidnapping of electoral officials.

Shaggy claimed that the commissioner of works who moves with over 40 police officers threatened to shoot him and his elder brother.

“INEC were having issues with the BVAS before the commissioner of works, Dax George Kelly invaded the area with security personnels and took INEC materials and officials to his house.
Even in his unit, he failed woefully and he is trying to manipulate the results the presidential and federal assembly results.” - Okorinama said.

He also accused the commissioner of works for involving in vote buying with foreign currency for people to vote for Tinubu.

He concluded by pleading with INEC, security personnels and international bodies to look into the matter, so that such act will not happen in the coming gubernatorial and states assembly elections.

Meanwhile the commissioner is yet to react on this.
