Please i need help on how i can limit /reduce the amount of file download on the public network (An in cyber cafe).

in the next 5 years cafe business will not workout again ,when everybody will afford a computer,the internet connection is almost free ,before i pay N15,000 every month , later N10,000 every month ,but now today N3499 every month ,later it will come to N1000 per month of broadband connection******That land deal is real (closing 16-09-11)*****

Do you want to be selling data bundle eg 20MB, 50MB, etc?

Not withstanding, i can help you out with mikrotik, and shape/limit bandwidth usage in your cafe.
