Decent dressing reduce rape but,
A chronic rapist don't care about dressing nor age nor type of human.
I'm a Christian and I admire when a lady is well dressed. Be it a Muslim lady on hijab or a Christian lady on headscarf.
Holy dressing is nearest to Godliness
