Me I just like how they put it,, 'their favorite is Peter Obi but Tinubu emerged the winner, and they will manage him'.. I love the way they made it obvious that Tinubu is not their choice, but be that as it may, they are not in the position to change the stand of INEC, period. If you ask me, this is not really congratulations |

[quote author=menstrualpad post=121384016] https://dailypost.ng/2023/03/01/ohanaeze-congratulates-president-elect-tinubu/?amp=1[/quote Which Court? Did Obi win in the North? The chunk of the votes came from the North and PO does not have any stand over there. I can't understand your conviction that the Court will take it from BAT, leave the person that came second and hand power over to PO who came third. |

FreeStuffsNG: Listen, my direct bloodline comes from Anaocha and Awka South (and more distantly I have some family from Agulu) and I can tell you straight-up that nobody in Anambra state whose head was half-correct would’ve voted for those northern thugs or at this point anyone at-all other than Obi. It’s not possible. That doesn’t mean fraud’s involved. It’s the votes for Tinubu that are a sham. |

Tinubu is an intelligent and smart patient politician, he was very stable and consistence with the rough and smooth game of Nigeria politics... When Atiku was busy cross carpeting to different political parties to the extent of spearheading an alliance with APC through the disgruntled G7 Governor's that led to the defeat of President Goodluck Jonathan an elected sitting president under the platform of PDP Tinubu was busy building nationwide political bridges... Whether LP party and PDP comes together they won't be able to wrestle power from APC holding unto power at the central political level because; 1.the Southerners felt shortchanged when power should have returned to the South after Buhari from the North led for two terms under APC 2. APC don't want to relinquish power to an opposition party because they want to consolidate on APC failed promises to Nigerians and also they needed someone that will do cover up for all the massive corruption that was carried out under APC led administration 3. PDP governors got aggrieved when Ayu was asked to step down for a Southerner to emerge as PDP national chairman 4. Tinubu was working closely with the real power brokers from the core and far North. Though the 2023 general election was marred by intimidation of opposition voters by thugs and help by INEC officials to rig in Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the opposition needs to come together and seek legal redress at the Supreme court and start making political alignment against 2027 election through a marketable candidate well accepted from both North and South.. Congratulations Jagaban!!! |

They have started. These losers will soon demand for Senate President, just watch. Meanwhile they did not vote for Tinubu but will want to reap where they dis not sow. Useless people. How can an entire zone be so hopeless. |

menstrualpad: Beg for what? Is Tinubu not going to be the president of Nigeria? Are there no votes from the South East that are in his 8.79m votes. If he likes, let him treat the Igbos like Buhari. I rest my case here. |

Igbos are funny. They shoot themselves politically every time. Again, they would not visibly be inclusive in this new government. Actually, not just politicallly, in every area of life. They get emotional, insult people and do things without analysing the consequences (and then hoping, magically, that their stvpid actions would favour them. 100% of the time they reap the consequences of their f00lishness and they go back to playing the victim card. What beats me is that its a cycle, they do it over and over again. They don’t learn from the past or their own experiences. Na wa o. When you see the whole tribe facing one direction, just know that that is a wrong choice. Even if it was right, they will turn it to bad. |

yom2: Do you really want me to feel sorry for you for the choice that you made of your own will? Nah! I am sorry, I would NOT! Not after I was threatened, insulted, and called awful and hideous names simply for telling you guys that the road that you have embarked on would only lead to a dead end. I was even locked out of my account on this platform so many times for bantering with some of you Obidients and "One Nigeria" advocates. But you threw caution to the wind and took part in this charade called election thus validating your own subjugation and enslavement for many more years. And now you want me to feel your pain and heartache? I warned you guys that when the dust clears and your beloved candidate rigged out, I would be back on this same platform to mock and deride your foolishness. So, my friend, you have to deal with it. My advice to you is to get ready and tighten your seat belt because you and other Obidients are in for a rough ride.

People who organise themselves around ethnic identity should be made to understand they're not welcome in anything that has to do with politics. But alas that's not possible. How can it be possible in a failed nation? If people had any brain to know that, we wouldn't have been a failed state |
