Hello @lekibobo, @makano, @justmellow and @omiinii Please kindly advise on options available or how an undocumented immigrant in USA can legally move to Canada. through study or tourist Visa. kindly not that he is an African, graduate of Economics, has 5 years' work experience in Africa, got admission to a college in the USA and started the transitioning process to health sector. Now, if he is applying to Canada as a student what are the available courses to bridge the gap (moving from economics to health sector)? and kindly suggest colleges in Canada please. |

Based on his previous records and usa/canada share information he wont be able to easily get study or tourist visa( based on overstaying in usa) Will only qualify for permanent residency( express entry) if he meets the point requirements or asylum |
