I av problem using my window7 bluetooth i cant receive nor send frm my system pls sumbody help, i cant even use it wit my nokia pc suit.

What did u do on the system prior the issue started?

its a new Dell laptop, i jst bought 3days ago and i didnt do anytin to i jst did the normal configuration, am nt avin d problem wit my old window xp laptop so am tinkin may its cos is window 7, pls i need help asap.

Whats the error u get when u want to make use of it?

the model is 4050 and its a new laptop
i cudnt find wia to send or receive on the bluetooth menu, is jst tellin copying,

not tooo sure the laptop has in built bluetooth.
you might need to use an external bluetooth to make it work.
Try search online if the laptop has,so u can download the drivers for it

The error message isnt clear to me.
If u have paired both, it shld work.
Try restarting the fone and the pc and try again.
To send file to the system, right click thr bluetooth icon and click on receive a file, den send the file.

@engrhamid dats exactly d problem, i cnt find send or receive among the options, dnt knw wat to do.

I m suspecting corrupt driver,perform system restore on it since its just about 3days old, except there is something you are not telling us

Reinstall the drivers and utility CD that came with your system or
