This is flagrant abuse of court process. There is a Presidential election petition tribunal already constituted to hear fallout, why go to the Supreme Court to seek redress. Shame on Mike. Shame on PDP. This is dead on arrival

Although the issue of not securing 1/4 in Abuja would have made more sense in the supreme court, i didn't see it here.
What exactly is the constitutional issue?

Pdp's state

Wike made the right calculation aswear. Upon how Gov Wike was frequent in Edo state during Gov Obaseki reelection, one would have thought Wike is an Edo resident.

The same Obaseki still had the guts to betray Wike without feeling any remorse. Where was Atiku during Obaseki's reelection? In Dubai

Why should Gov Wike be in the same camp with those who betrayed him openly? If you were Wike, would you support Atiku with Tambuwal and Obaseki in the same camp?

But Wike and all the people you mentioned are in PDP. Is that not the same camp?

I know where he's coming from but INEC unlike CBN is an independent body that doesn't need president approval in carrying out ant parts of his function.

Apc used naira scarcity to punish Nigerians so that whether we accept the result or not; we cant fight back.
To all who thought that Buhari is against Tinubu; believe me you were deceived.

We shall see how supreme court reacts to this especially today's ruling on States vs FGN concerning the Naira notes will give us a clue. Supreme Court better be careful.

Six States Ask S’Court to Declare INEC’s Pronouncement of Tinubu as President-elect Null, Void, of No Effect

*For failure to transmit presidential election results electronically as required by Electoral Act, commission’s regulation and guidelines

*Claim FG has powers to compel INEC as agency of government
the suit lack merits it will be thrown out by the supreme court rather let them go to election tribunal.

I don't think the Abuja matter would gather any steam. The FCT is regarded as a federating unit, in other words, 2/3 of 37 is required.

The Federal government is not a party to the election neither are state he

The parties are the political parties and INEC
The constitution recognises INEC as independent. It is not an arm of the
The FG.
A flagrant abuse of process

This is highly abnormal. We have seen INEC rig elections, election winners celebrating and losers going to Court. We have never seen winners afraid to celebrate, an unknown political party finishing strong and now Governors contesting outcome of presidential election. It's like PHCN giving light one week straight. There's palpable fear in the land.

You can't see the issue of 1/4 in Abuja there because they are not as mumu as you are...

Which electoral law states that you must have 1/4 in Abuja?? Maybe you don't know this, but I will tell you now... Abuja is regarded as a state, and there is no special law or act designed for Abuja...

You guys just need to stop wailing and accept the reality on ground, even if the whole 36 states + the FCT even + x 10 of you approach the supreme court on this, na fa fa fa faoooo e go be.

INEC breached the trust
of voters. It conducted the election illegally.

In November 2022, INEC Chairman vowed publicly that results of the 2023 General elections would be transmitted directly from polling units to INEC portal for public viewing.

After the election, INEC publicly announced that it used manual collation of votes.
Illegality.
There is a Memo to that effect by INEC. They shot themselves on the foot.

Go to court. Election done and dusted take it or leave it, we have moved on but if you chose to remain forever on Feb 2023 presidential election and be crying then you will cry forever.

You supported demonic cash swap to punished just one soul out of over 200 million heads and end up punishing the entire country yet, he won.

You hide petrol to hinder just one soul out of 200 million heads and ends up punishing the entire nation, yet he won.

You came to Lagos with bus loaded with already casted votes for useless LP slowpoke called obi just to smack one man called Tinubu, yet he won, pls what else do you want?

The Atiku I was even thinking will be crying as this is his 3rd attempt he didn't cry but one useless overhyped, overambition stingy man in far 3rd place with first attempt is the one crying after rigging all entire SE votes on his favour.

This election stand anyone not please with it kindly park your bitter luggage and leave Nigeria, pls Japa or Japu abeg.
