A welcome ruling to relive the suffering of the common man but the Supreme Court is complicit.

If they knew it was illegal then postponing their ruling till after the elections on the basis that they would not be the scapegoat for the governors means the Supreme Court is no longer blind to the faces of the applicants who come before it, and does not dispense justice as it should.

Buhari is the highest court in Nigeria. Believe this for your mental health.

As in legal advice to obey the Supreme Court or not?

Have we gotten to this state? The judgement is final. Its not for anyone to speculate any further.

That is what Nigerian scholars have always pretending not to remembering who appointed CJN. CJN is a small boy to political criminals that appointed him/her.

Emefiele has succeeded in wasting billions of naira just cos he wanted Tinubu to fail,......now that Tinubu won, policy will reverse back, yet billions had gone the drains........money wasted when debts have brought Nigeria knees to the ground already.

Good. The supreme Court does not have to power to dictate monetary laws and policies.

Supreme Court has power to interpret laws for warring factions. In this case, FG/CBN vs SGs.

Is Atiku and Obi also together in it? Because they supported the cashless Policy. Even Bayelsa and Edo government went to court in support of the FG.

CBN has to comply... all the directors involved in this policy including Assistant directors will likely go on compulsory retirement if not dismissal without benefits.

PMB made a mistake retaining Emefiele. he probably started feeling like a god after spending so many years in CBN as governor. Hope he is ready to go and face DSS to answer allegations of him sponsoring terrorism and Igbos with State funds and the missing trillions realised from stamp duty deducted on every transaction made in the country.

This is the height of a sitting government not obeying the rule of law.

It's total disrespect if CBN still needs legal advice after the Supreme Court judgement.

interpret which laws? The law gives Cbn the power to make economic policies. That is the law.

when fg started trader money did anyone take them to court? not everyone will be happy with every policy and u can take whoever to court bt the court must know what its speaking and judging on.

Last week Saturday for the presidential elections, we came to a gun fight with bare hands and we were badly wounded by our criminal adversaries.

Next week Saturday for the Gubernatorial elections, we are coming a whole lot more prepared.

All results must be uploaded and transmitted in real time at the polling units. If INEC does anyhow, those at the polling units would see anyhow.

We are determined to defend our votes including from INEC themselves.
