A welcome ruling to relive the suffering of the common man but the Supreme Court is complicit. If they knew it was illegal then postponing their ruling till after the elections on the basis that they would not be the scapegoat for the governors means the Supreme Court is no longer blind to the faces of the applicants who come before it, and does not dispense justice as it should. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

CBN has to comply... all the directors involved in this policy including Assistant directors will likely go on compulsory retirement if not dismissal without benefits. PMB made a mistake retaining Emefiele. he probably started feeling like a god after spending so many years in CBN as governor. Hope he is ready to go and face DSS to answer allegations of him sponsoring terrorism and Igbos with State funds and the missing trillions realised from stamp duty deducted on every transaction made in the country. 4 Likes 2 Shares |
