Is INEC Really Working For APC ? by Firstorderwizard(m): 6:57am On Mar 05, 2023 |
How come the polling unit result they are uploading on their server is different from what was declared ? I see all this as a deliberate attempt to annul the election at the last minute and install an interim govt. The evidence so far is already enough to cancel the process. Whoever think Buhari ( an unrepentant dictator) will easily leave power should think twice |

Give us evidence |

Firstorderwizard:Nothing will be cancelled. The courts will admit what was uploaded as evidence and not what was snapped from polling units. If INEC did work for a party, it's the PDP or LP. Where you not in this country in year 2003 and 2007 when Obasanjo rigged PDP into power? That is what you call rigging. An election that the major parties shared 12 states each wasn't rigged. There were infractions here and there, manipulation and voter bribery but that wouldn't change much the overall outcome of the election. If only the LP and our party PDP merged before the election and one of the candidates stepped down, things would have taken a different turn. Both parties didn't even meet up to the required 25% spread in 2/3 of states. The tribuna will just ask for isolated recounts in some polling units or throw the case out entirely . Make we prepare for 2027. 1 Like 1 Share |

Go and read the details of Uzodimma's supreme court judgement. INEC's own result was rejected and the result tendered by Uzodimma was approved simply because he was able to prove to the court that his results was changed in a few polling units. Forget about the emotional brouhaha, Uzodimma proved his case. HarunaWest: |

HarunaWest: And you believe any of the results that was declared by INEC, you guys are so funny, what INEC declared is very far from the actual results, in fact they did not win 12 states each, how do you guys believe anything they tell you people. If you still can't deduce fact from falsehood as at now then you can believe that Boko haram is IPOB.... 1 Like |

HarunaWest: So you believe Tinubu won Rivers State? |
Re: Is INEC Really Working For APC ? by Penguin2: 8:38am On Mar 05, 2023 |
Firstorderwizard: Exactly! Uzodimma proved his case. He had good lawyers. The one thing that gave him victory in that case was that the Electoral Act 2010 (which was used for the election), says that every cancellation of election results must happen at Polling Unit level. Uzodimma bought up all the Presiding Officers sent to his entire zone and got them to endorse a brazenly fictitious result. Now, when things got to the Local Government Collation Centre, the Local Government Returning Officer canceled those results; an unlawful act. Uzodimma prove his case👌 |

Moh247: INEC declared APC winner of Obio-Akpor LGA in Rivers. But this is what has been gathered from IREV for Obio-Akpor LGA alone. What do you think the courts will do with this kind of information?🤔

id4sho: My brother… This is Nigeria. Anything can happen. But PO has abundant evidence to either get himself announced or annul the election at worst. |

HarunaWest:Are you planning on going backwards or Forward. Buhari meant a robust INEC groomed by Obasanjo's political sons Musa Yaradua and Goodluck Jonathan but decided to take us back to 1979. Stop supporting nonsense |

WATCHOVER:which INEC was groomed? Una go just sit down dey type nonsense. All elections in Nigeria have been rigged from time immemorial. 2011 election was heavily rigged to favour president Jonathan, that of 2015 & 2019 was rigged to favour General Buhari now this last one of 2023 has been rigged to favour Senator Tinubu so what you talking about? Una when just start dey follow election last year want to come and be commenting in politics. Y'all are not even party card carrying members so you wouldn't know what goes.. Prepare for 2027 Insha Allah. |
