The United States Ambassador to Nigeria, Mary Beth Leonard, has said it is clear that the electoral process as a whole on February 25 failed to meet Nigerians’ expectations.

Leonard stated this in an op-ed released on Sunday morning and made available to Daily Sun in Abuja by the United States Diplomatic Mission to Nigeria.
