let's assumed the election was rigged. Can Obi get 25% in these states Jigawa, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara, Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, and Yobe States(10)? Let's be truthful, core northerners did not vote for Obi.

Kwara, Kogi & Niger did/will not vote for Obi mostly because of religion and tribe.

Obi can not win or get 25% in Oyo, Ondo, Ogun, Ekiti, Osun. Yorubas don't mix politics with religion.
