JUST IN: Labour Party Adopts PDP's Siminalayi Fubara Ahead of March 11 Election. The State Chairman of the Party, Dienye Pepple, in the company of some Local Government Party Chairmen say they are supporting a young and vibrant candidate who is from the South East Senatorial District that has not produced a Governor in the state. They, however, asked "obedients" in Rivers State to vote for the LP State Assembly candidates in the election. They say the decision to support Mr Fubara is in line with the values of equity, fairness and justice which propelled them to support Mr Peter Obi for the Nation's Presidential Election. Rivers State poverty index is at 76%.. Edo is at 36%. You now know River's state is cursed with very bad government. Don't blame the policticians, blame the people.. Polictics here is chop I chop and nothing else. |
