Different shouldn't mean abnormal because we don't understand it. But the op prefers to read meanings and see patterns.

I did it in the morning, the room I was in wasn't well lit.
While I was mediating, I felt energy flowing through me especially in my arms, legs and my forehead. I saw a bright white light.
I think it means I'm making progress right?


After my meditation I slept, I had a lucid dream. I was in control in the dream, interacting with people. I even saw something I did in the dream that I later did later in the evening. I saw one other thing (not in the dream) before it happened.
I think my Eye chakra is opening. 🥺
I trust my intuition more now.

You confuse inner monologue with subvocalization. They are very different processes.

I lost my inner monologue in 2013, but I still had my subvocalization until 2019 when auditory hallucinations took over.
