We all might have experienced difficulty in stooling or defecating while using the toilet, and most times after forcing stool out of our anus we might be noticing some pains within our anal area.
I have not been finding it easy with stooling until I learnt this method.

This method is simply placing your leg on a chair or anything so your legs can form a 90 degree with your body, you also have to close your legs together while in this position with your hands wrapping around your knees. Watch the pictures below to understand better.
