How does a purely Judiciary affair have anything to do with the present day goverment?

Do you know the judicial arm is independent? Aside appointing the Chief Justice of the Federation on the advice and recommendation of the National Judicial Council and confirmation by the National Assembly, the Executive arm of goverment has nothing to do with what happens here.
