Same exact predicament with me, but like you rightly mentioned, if ssce was mandatory for supt cadre,it will pop up asteriked* for upload before final submission can be granted. All the best to everyone

hope no implications for not uploading the SSCE certificate. i think if it were important and i forgot to upload it, the system server will not allow me to proceed next and click on the declaration box and submit, it will bring a pop up message and tell me to fill or upload the necessary documents before i can submit, like it did in the case of state of origin, birth certificate and nysc certificate, cos those ones are more important.

I was able to edit it back and upload the ssce certificate and resubmitted back. It allows one to recheck and edit your information and submit back

same here. I think that's the way they programmed it. Since the country code+234 is there so the first zero will be removed

tap on print application at the top right hand side. after it must have oppened, you either click on print if connnected to a printer or `Get pdf` to save a pdf format to your phone

Just changed it to another first, and then go back and change it again. That's what I did. It's now successful
