Which barracks?
How do you expect an answer to that question? It's just like trying to pinpoint the person's exact location which should normally be private.

Where's that...Ondo state?
It's actually Oyo state, a community between Ibadan and Ijebu Igbo. We're hoping to build an institution, Google International Institute of Regenerative Agriculture.

We have steady power supply here in my area in Ghana but sometimes they will take it but it doesn't exceed few minutes like 20 minutes before they will restore the light. But sometimes they can switch off the light for some hours if they are carrying out repairs on it . Nigeria should do better. Another thing that amaze me is that I stay inside village oo.
Your own is better.

yeah we are enjoying here and the funny aspect is that ECG doesn't bring bill to us regularly, sometimes they stay up to three months before bringing light bill to us.

So I was getting ready for work when a staff of IEDC knocked at my door; as usual, his left hand was filled with loads of paper and he hung his bag like a Jambite. This time he wore no worn-out facecap.

Well, I didnā€™t exchange pleasantries with him because I know he has not brought any good tidings with him so I waited for the breaking news. Lo and behold, it was another progressive increment in bill from 3200 to 9500, how? We don't even get 5 hours if light

I asked him why the continuous increment and he gave a fake smile and said ā€œI donā€™t know, write to NECā€. Like who da hell is NEC if that is the right spelling of what you mean?

He was mute and I went on to pick the bill from him and dialed the customer care number on the bill, but it didnā€™t connect. I chatted them on WhatsApp and the creature behind the keyboard told me to get a prepaid. I reminded the creature that several applications have been made.

Nigeria matter don tire me.
How is the bill & light in your area?

The light situation in my area is very good.
The sun usually rise around 6 am and stays until after 6 pm.
12 whole hours!
Then every night, the generator does what it was manufactured to do!
Oh, wait...
Maybe you mean public light?
Oh, wow!!
Our transformer got bad in June last year.
Someone came to take it away in December last year.
Until now, we've got no news.
Sources say they are reluctant to bring the transformer back because over 80 % of homes served by that transformer have prepaid metres.
Should I still pledge to Nigeria my country and be faithful, loyal and honest?

Shortly before and briefly after the election, the light in my area here was superp and constant that I even almost forgot I have a generator. But about 4 day or thereabout now, the light has been almost non existent.

I don't think we have had 1hour straight power since these few days. Sometimes it comes and stays less than 10minutes and it's gone.
