Let's assume the NRC staff who were supposed to man that place and stop vehicles and people from crossing when train was approaching didn't report for work, why didn't the state government do the needful by installing traffic light as obtains overseas where most of them once lived and schooled? Why employ quack as driver instead of a professional? For me, he's not a good man, but a pretender. One of my neighbors was in that bus, she broke her arm, she’s still receiving treatment….
