Iriju farms is a new commercial scale farm situated in Eruwa, Oyo state. We care about employee job satisfaction and will work collaboratively with them to ensure we remain employer of choice.
We are looking to hire a farm manager who will supervise workers, plan, implement and monitors crops farming, and handle various administrative and research tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Set up farm in preparation for planting.
• Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring staff understands expectations.
• Responsible for farm budgets, auditing of operations, and managing all other administrative duties.
• Source and purchase farm supplies and optimize production activities.
• Other activities to be defined.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture related field.
• 5 years or more with commercial scale farming experience less than 3 years.
• Knowledge of latest Agricultural methods and openness to update knowledge.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing agricultural initiatives.
• Experience with managing people and willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
Compensation: Starting from 100k
