People, especially those in authority, really need to be held accountable for their certain actions or inactions, guided or misguided policies that affect others badly no matter how highly they are connected. Millions have suffered so much over this preventable Naira crisis. Perhaps, some even lost their lives because of this mess.

Agreed The policy is wrong .. yes Cbn is not getting it right .. but they have done nothing wrong.. Supreme court ruling in not binding on CBN..its that simple .. Supreme court cannot give an order or a judgement amending a CBN guideline when CBN is not a party before it.. you cant give a judgement by proxy.. leave sentiment aside ..our almighty Supreme court needs to be careful here . Its letting politicians riddle its hallowed grounds .we are treading on very bad jurisprudence and precedence . Opening a can of worms that will take ions to close.. supreme court is not God and its not all powerful.. it is first of all a Court of Law and like all Courts it is still bound by principles of jurisprudence and basic principles of jurisdiction .. it has limitations .. on this matter its acting outside its jurisdiction by amending a guideline of CBN through a judgement given against Federal govt.. it cannot stand.. law is a ass but thats law .. leave sentiment and emotions aside..

We want Nigeria to be like european countries but we don't want to endure any sufferness. With the situation of the country, do we think to have a better Nigeria would just come over night?

When we are talking about the sufferness this policy had. Brought to us why can't we paused a little and think about the benefits we are going to get as a country from this policy.

I am sure this policy had help to reduced if not totally eradicate kidnaping. In the country.

Iam sure it is going to stop funding of terrorism as well and other insecurity that is going on in his country .

This policy of Emefele is capable of stop corruption, if we all welcome it and work towards it success in our various offices . The commercial bank should not brake the policy by given some people hug mine at the back against the policy.

It is going to reduce if not eradicate spending lavishly at parties orr clubs .

It will also reducing arm rubbery in our society but increase internet fraudulent if care or measure is not taking.

The CBN would be able to control the circulation big the money in the country.

Many illegal purchases can be trace and stop eg purchase or armulation by unauthorized person.

All these things I mentioned above is it true or not ? That was what we should first put into consideration before we found the solution bro the problem People are facing because the solution we must find to the situation we are facing must not affect or bring us back to those things above that the policy bis trying to remove the country.

Those that are calling for the heads of cbn governor on discharging bis right duity he had appointed for should bring their own ideas on what they think the CBN should do that wouldn't spoiled the intent of the policy.

I don't expect commercial bank to roll out the old note back to the circulation because it will surely take us back to square one and all out sufferness would be in vain But if we should continue to spend the remaining old notes that had not get their ways to the bank until December 31 the court gave order to reduced the sufferness . I think is good but we must get to know that those old note that remains would also fade out at the said time and but it will allow the CBN to have more space to print more new note to bridge the gap

Emefele to me had done his best and I can say that the man is capable of the office appointed for.

He had show that some things that war can't do wisdom can do it iin within limited period .

Emefele is doing is rightful work and Mr President silence is a sign that Mr President trust believe in the CBN governor policy.
