logicalhumour: At the end, herdsmen too are also being attacked...which is probably why they are being sometimes protected by the army (just me thinking out loud...you would be wrong if you think I back any atrocities or crimes by both sides). We can send in the army to do their job....but that's just a short term fix. Long term involves what I have been yapping about on this thread....but the thing is, politicans want to get elected, not to propose long term solutions that might take years to do. |

Honestly speaking, I was surprised APC got one vote in Benue State. I only feel sorry for anyone who voted LP because I can't feel sorry for you if you voted APC. May God deliver Nigeria. |

Even though they voted APC back to power I will still sympathise with them ...atleaat they are humans and not cow.....we had a former general in power yet they were on rampage how much more na we goin to have Pablo in aso rock. |

OneCandleAway:how are you sure they voted APC? In this election I will not accept that tinubu won rivers state and benue state. Inec should allow labor party to inspect the electoral material to unravel what really happened. |

Kobonaire4: LOL. Of course, the herdsmen are being attacked. It is a heated conflict! But it's common sense we're using here: For example, would the military in a village in Sokoto protect a small group of Armed Plateau indigenes shooting at the unarmed Sokoto indigens? My yappings is not about taking sides. It's common sense, and the fact that this "romance" did not exist in the time of people like OBJ and Goodluck. Hell, not even Y'adua |

Why is this herdsman attack always on increase during election time and subcise after election has been won? |

Miles300:if you believe they voted APC then you should also believe river's state voted APC. This election is not over. Even if the court did not overturn it,it would be glaring to the whole world that inec on the instruction of Buhari gifted the presidency to tinubu. 1 Like |

Kobonaire4: F*ck off!! You’re a Muslim trying to protect your killer religion. If you think Christians are deceived by your taqiyya(Islamic lies), you must be joking. With a Christian in Aso Rock, Fulani Herdsmen issue will be solved in a week. Stop lying with religious intent!!! Nigerians of other faith other than Islam are wiser. |

All these even before the Buhari cabal that INEC's Mahmood renewed its tenure in Aso Rock through sleeping figure head, Tinubu, is yet to be declared by court as authentic winner of the presidential election. |

Kobonaire4:Even if we reach 1 Billion in population..there will still be enough lands.. Nigerians have not occupied 25% of our total land area.. There are more than enough lands.. Yes I agree with you.. but that means ..freedom to move and settle in anywhere Nigeria is only for other Nigerians aside fulani.. Every Nigerian should be able to settle anywhere with his/her business as far as it is conducive..the truth is .. the south is way more conducive for cattle breeding than the north.. It makes no financial sense to buy pumps and the rest to provide for the cows and grow feeds for them when you can get it in abundance in the south.. this is why they migrate.. pushing them back will only cause a war and seems unrealistic same way you can't chase igbos from Lagos The only option is to make provisions for them so that peace can reign.. That provision is ranching.. A ranch will not occupy more than 5% of the lands in a state..even if that land will only be for fulani.. no problem as far as it restricts their way of life and business to that place ..no problem.... If fulani eventually claiming the lands as theirs ..it is fine as far as it keeps them from roaming abouts... By the way ..it isn't land grabbing if the lands is paid for..and the federal government is supposed to pay for the lands and the state government source for the land to be paid for so it isn't for free... After all has igbos not claiming may lands in Lagos with their money.. If giving lands to fulani to do their business will stop them from roaming about.. killing people and destroying farms ...then it Is worth it . But dull Nigerians are more consigned about a small piece of lands that has been there before the second coming of Christ and will still be there till their 20th generation.. There is even more economic value for ranches as the herders can be easily taxed and the state government makes more money.. I used Igbo as a sample since tribe is now introduced as a factor 1 Like |

May God grant me the grace not to waste my R.I.P on some humans. Nigerians are really under something at every election period. I can't place how a human being that lived in Nigeria for 8yra will vote the current government. Tufia.. |

OneCandleAway: Benue state traditionally votes Hausa-Fulani led party. Benue voted for Alhaji Shehu Shagari, but not Nnamdi Azikiwe. Azikiwe won Plateau instead. Since then, Benue has voted for Fulani. Even this time of Obidients everywhere, Benue refused. |

yankison: What military? For how long. There are more than 10 sovereign countries in the world with population less than 200,000 people. The Tiv should be close to a million people. Getting a Benue country of their own out of Nigeria is the only solution, not N8gerian military guard. |
