JOB RECRUITMENT UPDATE

So guys, I’m looking for a better way to shortlist candidates for various job opportunities without you having to drop a long list of “I am interested in the comment box”. I also at the same time do not want to provide any email because what we end up seeing is too many unqualified applicants clogging the email.

The main reason why recruiters/consultants reach out to me in the first place is because they receive too many mails from Applicants with little to no/relevant experience. Thus, HR and recruiters are reviewing thousands of CVs without being able to get qualified candidates.

I am open to suggestions on how to make this work and also protect potential applicants data from being seen by their current employers. Feel free to drop a comment on how best we can manage this.
