He is seeking to stop the conduct of elections and examinations on Saturdays. Politainmnet.net reports that Uchenwa argues that Saturday is the ‘sabbath day’ meant only for worshipping God, according to his religion. However, the suit lists several defendants including the President, the Attorney General of the Federation, the Independent National Electoral Commission, and the Minister of Internal Affairs.
