A common & erroneous statement said by many today is

"He/she died too early."

Allāh عز وجل said:

فَإِذَا جَآءَ أَجَلُهُمۡ لَا يَسۡتَـٔۡخِرُونَ سَاعَةً۬‌ۖ وَلَا
يَسۡتَقۡدِمُونَ

"And when their term comes, neither can they delay nor can they advance it an hour (or a moment)."(16:61).

So in essence, no one dies except it was his/her time to die.
The time can be a miscariage, born dead, baby death, infant mortality, youth mortality or death at old age!
All deaths are predestined!

Walan yu-akhkhira Allahu nafsan itha jaa ajaluha waAllahu khabeerun bima taAAmaloona

But to no soul
Will God grant respite
When the time appointed
(For it) has come; and God
Is well acquainted
With (all) that ye do.
