1. Sugar

Excess consumption of sugar can lead to weight gain, diabetes, and high blood pressure, all of which increase the risk of stroke. Sugary drinks such as soda and fruit juice are especially harmful as they contain high amounts of sugar and no nutritional value. It is recommended to limit consumption of added sugars and choose whole fruits instead of fruit juice

2. Fried foods

Fried foods such as fried chicken, french fries, and fried snacks are high in trans fats and saturated fats, which can increase cholesterol levels and clog the arteries. This can lead to atherosclerosis and increase the risk of stroke. It is recommended to limit consumption of these foods and choose healthier cooking methods such as grilling, baking, or broiling
