*HON. NDUKA ANYANWU DRUMS SUPPORT FOR ABIA APC GOVERNORSHIP, HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY CANDIDATES.*


Hon. Nduka Anyanwu (Gburugburu) The Estwhile Chairman of the Governing Board of the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) has called on registered voters to vote all the candidates of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the March 18 Governorship and State House of Assembly Elections in Abia State.


Hon. Anyanwu who is a former National Ex-Officio of the All Progressive Congress representing South East made the call in a media statement he released in Abuja and made available to newsmen.


He thanked Ndi Abia for voting for Candidates of the APC in the Presidential and National Assembly Election which gave victory to His Excellency Sen. Bola Ahmed Tinubu as President-Elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Sen. Kashim Shettima as the Vice President-Elect, Sen. Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu as Abia North Senator among others.


Hon. Anyanwu appreciated the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) under the leadership of Prof. Mahmood Yakubu for the success recorded in the last election despite the prediction of some doomsday sayers who predicted that the election may not hold and would be marred by crises.


Speaking on the need to rescue Abia State from the claws of visionless leadership of the peoples Democratic Party (PDP) He called on the good people of Abia State to reject the PDP and thier candidates in all the polls as they have succeeded in impoverished Abians in the last sixteen years with their absymal failure that have reduced Abia State to a debt ridden and failed State.


In his words, He states thus, “It is imperative for our State to align itself with the government at the centre, Therefore, it is pertinent for all progress loving Abians to vote for all the candidates of the APC for Governorship and State House of Assembly positions.


“The Various candidates of our party are persons of high pedigree who are committed towards restoring the lost glory of our dear State and the only way we can achieve a peaceful and progressive Abia is for us to vote for the candidates of our party enmass in this forthcoming election.


“Abia State will not be part of the States with opposition political parties in 2023 as we already have the APC at the Centre, we shall align ourselves with the government at the centre to bring the needed democratic dividends to our people by ensuring that our party emerges victorious in the coming polls".
