If you are looking for cheap medical insurance plans, there is an absolute chance you qualify for free Part A of Medicare, which includes hospital insurance (assuming that you or your spouse worked for at least ten years). If you get a health insurance plan before 65, you qualify for Medicare A free of charge, also called Premium-free part A.
