In a society of lack, human nature is more pronounced. You think you're civilised abi? No you're not. You're just lucky to be able to afford things.

The animalistic nature of humans are more pronounced during the time of tribulations or lack. You think whites are civilised? Not they ain't. They just live in a society of abundance, hence, their raw nature is hibernated.

I remember during the time of covid. Despite the Dutch government announcing on TV that there are groceries to feed the country in abundance at lease three times over, people still didn't fail to hoard tissue papers.

Survival instinct kicks in, with some families going the extreme of resurrecting their shotguns, just in case an intruder trespasses, an intruder that could have been a cordial neighbour during good times.

If that event didn't expose the raw nature of humans, then nothing else will. Humans are animals. We are just deceiving ourselves with this civility thingy. When shit hit the fan, you'll realise that your brother may even consider you a target.
