Firstly, let me.point it out that the results won't need to be store in a removable device. There are cloud storage system that would transmit each vote to the server. Internet Service Elon Musk Starlink service (and in the future Amazon Internet Service) would make the transmission easy and possible everywhere in Nigeria. You will say will they need the device for each pollibg unit? NO! Starlink offer roaming service (Only in country they are not present) but as a nation they can integrate the roaming service for Nigeria. In every database driven setup, their is always permission level and your permission level will determine what you can do. The claim by INEC on attack is a cover for their terrible server configuration. I am very sure of that.
