Is It Not The Same Tribalistic Yorubas That Voted For Obi In Lagos? by Islandboi(m): 10:14am On Mar 21, 2023
I have been reading threads upon threads here on Nairaland. Our Igbo people keep saying Yorubas are tribalistic in nature and all that.

But yorubas voted for Obi in Lagos for president. What changed? Why are we now calling them tribal bigot??

I have said it in my last post, if you don’t have business in Lagos, don’t spoil business for us that have one there. I have many yorubas patronizing my business.

That majority of Yoruba are tribalistic doesn't mean that there are no few reasonable ones among them. Just that the idiots are more in power just like it is all over Nigeria. So they unleashed their thugs on voters in Lagos. Imagine a country where people like Jonathan and Obi are president. How rule of law would be the order of the day. But the same Yoruba politicians fought against both men.

Even some of diz apc urchin are not tribal, they just did it for their party to win d election or some did it to please Mc oloumo and for d love they have for tinubu.
Even MC may not be tribalism,he just did it to help sanowlu and his party apc.

An Igbo man got majority of the votes, over their own,in a state in Tinubu's pockets, but yet it's just a "few reasonable ones". Because it didn't go exactly your way this time huh
