The Provost, College of Education, Warri, Dr. Dickson O. Oyovwi has congratulated the Delta State Governor -Elect, Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori on his victory in the just concluded Governorship election in the state.


In a press statement signed by the institution’s Public Relations Officer, Vusi Owarieta Enakarhire and made available to newsmen on Tuesday said Hon. Sheriff Oborivwori is a humble leader that has the capacity to take the state to a higher ground just as he said, he would meet the yearnings and aspirations of Deltans in terms of growth and development.

Part of the statement reads: “Provost College of Education, Warri, Dr. Dickson O. Oyovwi congratulates the Governor -elect of Delta State, Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori on his victory at the just concluded state gubernatorial polls. The Governor-elect is a humble leader who has the capacity to take the state to a higher ground and meet the aspirations of all Deltans”.
