MKO won the election and IBB, as military head of state unilaterally annulled it thus denying SW presidency.

A sort of compensation was done in 1999 (at the return if democracy) when the major political parties ceded power to the SW because of Abiolas treatment by IBB in 1993.

Y will a human being with brain compare this to an individual heading to court( the supposed last hope of the common man) to correct perceived election irregularities? Y paint a picture of the SW being about to be denied presidency as in 1993 when these are totally diff scenerios? Is Obi the head of state? Does he have power to unilaterally annul elections?
Or Is Bayo saying there is no need for election tribunals anymore since they could unseat a declared winner thus denying the person?
