It's law of demand and supply. The clients given your client jobs aren't many as before again due to AI, so themselves don't have any job to give out.

AI has now make writing jobs extremely scarce unlike before, as most client now use it, this is the better time to upskill and look me for something else to learn before it even get worst

Don't relent on delivering quality!

Switching is also a good move to avoid the overcrowded niche.
