Bayo Onanuga, the Media Director of Nigeria’s President-Elect, Bola Tinubu, has denied reports that his principal met with Chief Justice of Nigeria, Olukayode Ariwoola, in London.

Rumours had circulated that Ariwoola flew out of Nigeria on a wheelchair to meet with Tinubu in the UK.

In a statement released on Thursday, Onanuga dismissed the story as “a pure concoction” created by hatchet men.

He also clarified that Tinubu was still in France resting and had not been to the UK yet.
