From these bible verses what is apostle Paul telling us , because I need more clarification. From my understanding of the bible passages below , we Christians of the pentecostal church and some other churches are getting things wrong ,the message was clear ,I still wonder why women would be anointing men in church , doing all sorts of activities that contradict the scriptures belong ..

1 Timothy 2:8-13
New International Version
8 Therefore I want the men everywhere to pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or disputing. 9 I also want the women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, adorning themselves, not with elaborate hairstyles or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, 10 but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God.
11 A woman[a] should learn in quietness and full submission. 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man;[b] she must be quiet. 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve.

1 Corinthians 14:34-35, Paul wrote: “As in all the congregations of the saints, women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the Law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church” (verses 33-35).

Gal 3 : 22 King James Bible
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

2Tim. 3 Verses 16 to 17
[16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: [17] That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Someone told me that those verse where only particular to some people and some places too , the other said in the times of the old , women were illiterate so they had no use in the church .

Untill churches can bring a well understandable answer ,this said bible verse will always bring confusion to the body of Christ

There's nothing understandable with this since it is self-explanatory. And if you choose to bring intellectualism and debates to such you'll only be diluting the gospel and making it of no effect just like in the case of LGBTQ and their interpretations of what marriage should be undecided

it is very clear from the bible that women should be silent in church and/or they should have no authority over men...
