3b is even too small compared with the cases INEC will face in the whole federation. No mater how credible Nigeria election looks like, people, parties will still go to court. All the political parties against INEC and they are saying N3b is too much

No true! If INEC was transparent there will be no need for budgeting #3 billion for cases. How does a state earn in a month? 3 billion will build an industry in each of state of the federation that will employ more than 600 people per state.

Instead of wasting N300 billion on an incredible Elections, INEC should have just voted N30 billion only for a legal contest amongst aspirants to determine who wins or not.

Cheaper and faster.

Out of Over 300Billion₦ , you guys are using 3Billion ₦ for Litigation, this is the 1st Time I am hearing this Hulla Ballu. What a Shame.
Oga Chairmo of INEC, hide your Face in Shame please.
You think People raising Money for you in support of Litigation is the way forward, instead of you to do the right thing. My People, see why I said, The Worst White Man is better than the Best Black Man, even my very self. This INEC preder to stand up against the electorates instead of doing the right thing..
There are umpteen evidences that can be cited for their corruption in the INEC System.
If your Mothers had forseen this when you guys were 2 months Old, Believe me they would have got rid of these failed Bastards truncating the peace of the Masses.
How far now, enjoy the trouble that looms with your Corruption gains na. The blood of the Innocents that died shall surely be upon una heads from Generation to Generations.
Amen

INEC can never get it right. Yakubu is a disgrace. They are just wasting resources. Design a website with less than the 3 billion to be used for legal cases. The website can be used for electronic voting in arears where we have internet penetration which would reduce the election budeget by at least half of what was spent this year.

forget that. Nigeria politicians are bad losers, they don't accept defeat just like that even if an angel conduct our election they will still go to court in as much they know our judiciary can compromise. We all saw what happened in imo state where somebody came fourth and still became governor of a state. With lawyers using technicalities to win elections or politician using money, there is no way they would accept defeat without a legal fight

The Useless body referred too as INEC should be closed down completely.
The entire structure plus the thieves running the structure should be probe and jailed for life if not sentence to life in prison.

As for the money they are seeking, nothing should be approved, let them cough out the stolen funds generated from greedy politicians to fight their cases.

useless entity (INEC).

Lol! 3 billion to “fight cases”.

You spent over 300 billion naira to conduct the election.

The LEAST you could have done was conduct it in a free and fair manner handling every complaint before announcing results but no!!!

Now you want an extra 3 billion to “go to court”

You are totally wrong. Nobody will go to court when the process is bad. No human being is that stupid. Politicians know what you don't know. They know the corruption that goes on behind the scenes.

If the process was credible even to 80% no living politician would go to court. Jonathan congratulated Buhari even before results were announced. Isn't he a Nigerian politician? The sitting governor in Abia congratulated the winner from LP, isn't he a Nigerian?

Nobody is stupid enough to waste hundreds of millions in a dead case. Mahmood was arrogant and unbelievably obstinate. All he needed was to review the errors as requested by the angry agents like Dino and others and since Tinubu was leading with almost 2 million votes, he would still have announced Tinubu as winner and all the frayed nerves would have been calmed down.

However, Mahmood Yakubu after refusing vehemently then said he would review the complaints later. He didn't. All we saw was him "sneak" in at 4am to announce the president elect. Every sane contestant was always going to challenge such arrogance and wickedness. Mahmood Yakubu caused it.
