Bet9ja na scam by Bashirkareem31: 11:19am On Mar 28, 2023
I was having unauthorised deductions from my GTBank account since the naira swap policy so when my February was paid on the 13th of march,I deposited 33,000 into my my bet9ja account. So whenever I wanted to buy something,I withdraw money from the account and pay with the ATM card, which I did twice. On the 14th which was the following day,bet9ja disabled my account on the offence that I was using the account for money laundering without playing game which they claimed is against their policy.I tried to make them understand that I mostly play on weekends but they insisted on blocking the account.I went to check their policy to ascertain their claim and it is true but it didn't state that I'll have to forfeit the fund. The policy says If I can come up with a means of identification and evidence of payment directly from my registered bank account to their account, that the money will be disbursed back to me.And they actually requested for the ID and evidence of payment which I provided only to message me that I 'll have to forfeit the money.I've reported to the NATIONAL LOTTERY REGULATORY COMMISSION since 22nd of March and they replied that they are looking into my complaint.Up till now,I've not gotten any reposnse, negative or positive. The issue is like that of FG not obeying supreme court verdict.

First of all you need to edit the topic. They are not scam, you failed their anti-money laundering policy, as you clearly narrated.
Change the topic so people can proffer their opinions….
Agreed that I unknowingly failed their policy but it was never stated in the so-called policy that the money will be forfeited.I did follow all the guidelines that will help in the recovery of the moneyas outlined by them but they are still hell bent on withholding the money
