When teachers are not enough, it might affect the learning pace of students.

Although some hardworking educators might take up the job of 2–3 persons, this doesn’t mean they would give their 100% in everything, because even while they try, it’s in human nature to get tired.

When human beings get tired, their productivity level decreases drastically.

Instead of overworking a teacher which would eventually lead to burnout, there is a way school owners can achieve a learning balance for students.

Encourage Personalised Learning. With this learning style, each student’s academic need is prioritized and they get exposed to different thought processes which could have a profound impact on their education and worldview.

For Instance, when a student lags behind in the “Logarithm” topic of Mathematics and he gets to learn from a teacher in another part of the country or world who is an expert in this subject, his performance would improve.

When students in K-12 schools learn from this mixture of online and physical teachers, it also helps them feel more comfortable and confident in their own identities and have the mindset that the world doesn’t revolve around people from their ethnic or national group.

Exposure to different perspectives can also help to break down stereotypes and reduce prejudice.

The Advantage of Personalised learning apart from the exposure is that the student gets to learn in a fun way. There are engaging educational contents, such as Images, Games, Quizzes, and Videos to learn from.

The student gets to book personalised learning sessions with professional tutors to tackle difficult learning subject areas which could strengthen what the teacher had taught in class.

In conclusion, having diverse teachers can have a significant positive impact on students in K-12 schools. From providing role models to broadening perspectives to improving academic outcomes. School owners can implement this to help their students and the school’s reputation too.
