of course the US president brings the secret service with him for DIRECT SECURITY, but it is the duty of the visiting country to provide all extra security on ground.... unless you wrongly believe that its the secret service (and not local security services) that line ALL THE STREETS, and/or cover 100% of security details in the visiting country, lol!

of course not...what happens is that the visiting country provides security on the ground that will ASSIST the secret service, and they (the secret service) will make sure that everyone local parttaking in the security of the president on ground has been screened and vetted.
there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Are you mindful of those ones who can’t provide evidence of baseless claims? Imagine the public humiliation! Even in Africa, you can’t try this in Egypt, Tunisia, Kenya etc. The black man is truly cursed. While it’s true that every security personnel who have a duty to a visiting head of state is vetted, they are vetted by the host country’s intelligence in conjunction with an advance team of the visiting president who might have arrived even a week earlier.
This is just plain colonial mindset at work. Can American security team do this in China and vice versa? If you are uncomfortable, don’t come! This humiliation has no security value because security is local, the bulk lies with the host to guarantee a safe page.
