Job Title: Travel Consultant Assistant
Location: Ogba, Lagos
We are seeking a Travel Consultant Assistant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant Assistant, you will assist our clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including researching visa and immigration policies, filling out visa forms, and understanding study abroad admission requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements
* Conduct research on visa and immigration policies for various destinations
* Fill out visa application forms for clients and ensure that all necessary documents are included
* Understand and provide guidance on study abroad admission requirements
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge on travel regulations, policies, and procedures
* Provide excellent customer service and support to clients before, during, and after their travels
Requirements:
* Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent research skills and attention to detail
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients at once
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
