China reject Nigerian’s loan request of N10.1 Trillion ($22 bn) https://247ureports.com/2023/03/china-reject-nigerians-loan-request-of-n10-1-trillion-22-bn/ - The China-Exim Bank has rejected Nigeria’s N10.12trn ($22,798,446,773) loan request earlier approved by the National Assembly. The rejected loan was intended to fund the Nigerian Railway Modernisation Project’s Kaduna-Kano segment. However, due to concerns about Nigeria’s ability to repay the loan and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the project, China Exim Bank withdrew its support. 1 Like |

They are making solid plans for a smooth take off of the Republic of the Northern Nigeria in loose association with Niger Republic and Western Nigeria. Ask yourself: what have they done with all the trillions borrowed by Buhari for the past eight years? Also why the desperate effort to start oil exploration in the North? In addition, why did it become very strategic to build rail lines from Western Nigeria to Northern Nigeria and right into Niger Republic? Look, when the North is ready for Nigeria's de-amalgamation, nobody repeat, nobody can stop them. |

The only thing I see there is Kaduna kano railway. There is no rail for the south east nor the south south. |

FreedomArmy: How can there be. Not just the South East. The former Eastern Region was carefully left out. It is a game plan. Can't people use their head for once. Why is Dangote's refinery sited in Lagos, instead of Niger Delta? |

Funny thing is that the creditors initially agreed to supply funds but suddenly backed away - going by the way Nigerian politicians guzzle money, half of this money has already been spent as soon as the chinese bank agreed to provide funds. Now Nigeria is going to have a very tough time getting external loans. The implication is that taxes are going to be increased. Electricity, data, international passport, drivers license, property registrations etc charges will triple. Banditry will increase because these bandits pay a percentage to the government May 30th will come with a lot of hardship
