Yorubas eat far more Pepper than other Nigerians, Is This Actually True? by GreaterFuture(m): 9:24am On Mar 30, 2023 |
Some recent years I will see here and there on the internet, people talking about how Yorubas eat more pepper. Recently that's become such a huge thing and heavily talked about, that it is now somewhat established that you Yorubas eat the most pepper, amongst all the Nigerian tribes... At least they are top top up there, top two or top three. Is this Actually True? If we are being honest I've been in different parts in Nigeria, and Every major tribes in Nigeria eat pepper a lot, all over Southern Nigeria at least Delta people eat pepper. Igbo eat pepper, PH eat pepper Where and how did all this come from?? One of the numerous weird lies on the Nigerian internet space?? |

As a bonafide sexy Yoruba demon, what fuels my superpowers include but are not limited to; ▪️Amala, Ewedu, gbegiri and hot ata rodo stew ▪️Ofada rice and hot ata rodo ofada sauce ▪️Pounded yam and Vegetable soup with hot ata rodo base. ▪️Spicy bbq turkey, chicken, croaker, etc ▪️Indomie with enough ata rodo to make you feel like someone used mei suya knife slice your tongue Even my moimoi must be extra extra spicy I have my own special blend of dried pepper I carry with me sometimes especially if I'm going to a party. My comfort zone is eating privately and sweating profusely. It is my happy place. 😁😁 If you give me horse radish or wasabi or any very spicy sauce for that matter as valentine gift, I can propose instantly. God bless our ancestors for making our DNA like this. Naso I date one girl that year from one geo political zone like that...omo the girl dey use only tomato cook rice stew...I instantly knew she's the Delilah to my Samson, so I sent her tf away. 3 Likes |

muyico:True, but it is a known fact that the spiciest peppers are here in the SW. I dey buy pepper from Mile 12 which is mostly from up north. But if I want the kind that will gbemi trabaye I buy from the local farmers who come to town from the village to sell their produce on Sundays. They're all over Lagos on Sundays but not at conventional markets. |
