Since it serves some interests today, many would say no. They can also use over $1.5B to estimate our population (but call it census), and nobody would care. Nigeria will soon be a reflection of the institutions we allowed politicians destroy. There are very few normal people left in this country.

How much does a single BVAS cost?! Multiple it by 120,000 unit

How much allowance were coppers paid, multiply it by 2 and 120,000 unit
