But the journey to a healthy lifestyle is not fixed it is a continuous story it becomes a way of life. Easting healthy is an expensive lifestyle I have to say it is not for the faint pocket.

Incorporating healthy eating habits into your life doesn't have to be difficult. These practical tips will help you get started:

Plan Ahead

Planning can help you make healthier choices when it comes to food. Consider meal prepping for the week or packing healthy snacks to take with you when traveling. What i just do is buy everything I need for the week and stuff it all in the fridge but thats if you have stable power supply.

Eat a Variety of Nutrient-Dense Foods Eating

a variety of nutrient-dense foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins can help ensure you get the necessary vitamins and minerals your body needs.

Limit Processed Foods

This one right here is killing a lot of people.if you never drink mineral your day neva complete.
Processed foods tend to be heavy in calories, sugar, and unhealthy fats. By limiting your intake of these foods, you can improve your overall diet.

Practice Portion Control

Portion control is essential when it comes to maintaining a healthy weight. It's important to be mindful of your serving sizes and to avoid overeating. Yes, count the cooking spoon you use to eat. A trick I learned is to use a smaller plate to eat, you tend to serve less when using a smaller plate.

Stay hydrated

Drinking enough water is crucial for maintaining good health. It's recommended to drink at least eight glasses of water a day.Water over soda is always the best it does wonders for your digestion.

Cook at home

Cooking at home allows you to control your meals' ingredients and portion proportions. It's an excellent way to ensure you're eating a healthy, well-balanced diet.
