We are always too quick to condemn our own situation without considering the peculiarities surrounding us....there is no where in the world there is no crime,which would you rather live with, agberos that have no business with you unless maybe you are a commercial transporter or trader or a murderous villian that would just wake up one day and start shooting at your kids in school or even you at public places or living in a place where you're so scared of your kids walking the streets because of fear of them being knifed or introduced to drugs.
