Minister of State for Budget, Clem Agba, makes excuses over FG's failure to fix federal roads in Edo

Clem Agba has less than two months to leave office and is deflecting issues. No contractor is on sight but he sounds like the road has been fixed.

Since the minister claimed that the Ministry of Works' budget can't suffice for the projects in a budget year, where do we expect Edo State Government to get the huge funding to fix the road?

We hope they leave Governor Obaseki alone to face his state projects, and stop blaming him for their failures.

Ordinary road they cannot fix, All they know is to complain about Obaseki. Shame on them...
