So much issues have risen from debt ( both foreign and domestic) incurred by states in Nigeria. Delta state especially has been very controversial in this case so I want this settled finally. I will be posting evidence as lifted from DMO office straightaway.

Delta's external debt stands at $59,871,451.27. Converting to # at the rate of $1 to #450 ,we get #26,942,153,071.5. In words,we get Twenty six billion, Nine hundred and Forty two million One hundred and Fifty three thousand and seventy one naira. Sonnobox 14 |
