Obasanjo never won 95% in any south east state both 1999 and 2003 despite his wanton rigging.

Even with his excessive rigging, ojukwu cut a big number of his votes in 2003.

The only non Igbo apart from Jonathan to win 80% and above is atiku in Anambra. And that was obi factor.
